What is Maximum Occupancy?

Maximum Occupancy is the maximum number of people the unit can accommodate.

What is Private Occupancy?

Private Occupancy is the number of people in the unit (despite how many it sleeps), that provides them with privacy to a bathroom area.

What is Occupancy Year?

Occupancy Year is the first year that you are able to use your timeshare. If this is a year in the past, please select the current year.


What are Seasons?

Different resorts have different seasons for each week of the year depending on where the resort is located. A Red week is a week of the year that is in high demand, a White week is in medium demand and a Blue week is in low demand.
